The acquisition of any product of the virtual store LAPIMA owned by NOVA AVENTURA COMÉRCIO DE ARTIGOS ESPORTIVOS LTDA., a private legal entity, enrolled with Federal Revenue taxpayers Roll (CNPJ/MF) under nº 20.931.741/0001-01 and State Registration under nº 795.523.216.118, with headquarters in Business Park Campinas Condominium, at 520, Cambacica Avenue, building 6, bloc C, room 612, Parque dos Resedás, Zip Code 13.097-160, in the city of Campinas, State São Paulo, Brazil, will be governed by the Purchase Policy, Delivery and Exchange Policies, and Privacy Policy made available on this site for consultation. By purchasing a product from LAPIMA, the customer expressly agrees with the terms and conditions of such Policies.

 

PURCHASE POLICY

The purchase procedure on the LAPIMA website will be regulated through this document.

The LAPIMA offers its visitors the facility to buy products through its virtual store, by filling out the registration form on the website.

To complete an order, the customer must be properly authenticated, as requested by the system, with the use of his access account.

After selecting the products, you want to buy the user must add them to his virtual cart and, as soon as he is satisfied, proceed with the completion of his order, indicating the place of delivery and making the corresponding payment.

After the order is completed and your payment method is indicated, it will be processed for approval or cancellation. If approved, delivery will be by the chosen method.

The request may be canceled if any of the following occurs:

  • Insufficient balance or credit on the card;
  • Inconsistency in data provided by the customer;
  • Error in order formation due to defects in the client device;
  • Reasons that make fulfillment impossible because of breach of trust or use in bad faith.

If there is any divergence of price, the LAPIMA reserves the right to charge the price of the shopping cart.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The LAPIMA warrants against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 (twenty four) months after the date of purchase, except for ophthalmic lenses which, under no circumstances, will be replaced. For the validity of the guarantee, the Customer must take the necessary care in the conservation of the parts.

Products with evidence of accidental or provoked damage (examples: misuse, knocks, crushed parts, etc.) and products altered by Customer (examples: unauthorized repairs or manipulations, etc.) are not covered under warranty.

All parts are shipped with warranty certificate, containing serial number and expiration date.

 

PARCELING CONDITIONS

The installment can be made in up to 6 (six) installments on the Credit Card depending on the value of the purchase. Check out our way of payment. The plots available for each purchase amount will be viewed at the time of payment.

 

FORMS OS INSTALLMENT IN THE CREDIT CARD

Payment up to 6x without interest (minimum installment of R$ 200,00)

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
