Deliveries are made throughout Brazil and abroad.
The delivery period and the freight amount vary according to the destination, product availability, strictly considering the deadlines stipulated by the Post Office from Brazil (Correios):
A) Pac: 8 to 20 business days;
B) SEDEX: 4 to 8 business days
Shipments abroad will be conducted by the carrier FEDEX. Shipment dates may vary on the national carrier website depending on the city and country it is going to, as well as customs clearance procedures. The deadlines for delivery will be counted from the identification and/or approval of your payment, which can take up to 24 (twenty-four) hours.
No goods will be sent on weekends and holidays related to the city of Campinas, State of São Paulo, Brazil, where the LAPIMA Distribution Center is located.
If you are going to give someone a gift and want the person to receive the gift at home, it is important to be aware of the "delivery address" field that will be different from the address of the registration.
LAPIMA is not responsible for delays in delivery due to:
- Provision of delivery address with information inaccurate / inaccurate;
- Change of address after the end of the purchase;
- Delays that can be attributed to the Post Office after the posting of the product, especially during holiday periods;
- Delays or cancellations of flights used by the Post Office to deliver the products;
- Periods covered by strike or stoppage of the Post Office.
If the product is not delivered after 03 (three) delivery attempts, due to the absence of the recipient, the package will go to the post office closest to the customer's address. In this case, it will be necessary to withdraw the order at the agency within 5 (five) calendar days. If the customer does not make the withdrawal, the package will be returned to the sender, by post regulations. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the payment of a new freight for resending your order.
